After all the straight lines of the last painting (Harbor Haven 2), I just had to do some loose and floppy work. Flowers usually fit the bill.

I do not know why harbor scenes entice me…peace? calm? afloat? boats? This one was a huge challenge with all the background architecture. Below I include an earlier, freer rendition that is Harbor Haven 1.
