The Sisters of Notre Dame live in Chardon, Ohio, USA. As a member, I grew up in body, mind, and spirit here, so it seems only fitting to welcome you to my blog with this simple, tiny glimpse of our Chardon home in summer time. This is a partial view over our front yard and across Auburn Road. We belong to the rolling foothills of the Appalachians and some of the greatest snowfalls of the United States. Nature is limitless in wonders here. I enjoy painting her seriously or just for fun. This little painting was just for fun after being far from home and far from my paint brushes for the last four years.
