Feed My Sheep

Jesus told Peter to feed his sheep (Jn. 21: 15-17)

Jays

Blue jays are total eye-catchers in any season. I am told there is not much difference between male and female, except that the male is generally larger than the female. Interestingly, he feeds the baby and the mother when she stays on the nested hatchlings.

Have No Fear

Isaiah 41:13 “Have no fear for I am the one who helps you.” These semi-whimsical shepherds and sheep seem to be desired by today’s audience. Hopefully, they speak the truth with a smile.

Home Sweet Home

Today is the Feast of St. Nicholas when surprises of sweets appear in shoes and on tabletops and gingerbread abounds.

Made in the USA

Bred in the U.S.A. for their beauty, the Royal Palm Turkey is just too pretty for your plate. Happy Thanksgiving anyway!

Effusion

Here is a bit more floral drama. Could a bouquet have a bad hair day?

Sunflowers in Formal Vase

Which is the star of the show, the lovely vase or the playful sunflowers? I couldn’t quite resolve this…is it apparent?

Ladybugs!

I had three of these stretched canvases that seemed to desire something different from me. Line designs and punches of color are what they got!
