Light and Guide
I painted this angel from a photo of sculpture. I am drawn most often to the lines and planes that carved images present. Of course, I take a few of my own liberties like the ball of light. The statue had lost its arms over time.
Wash Day
Something for a child’s room, new baby, or simply for a smile.
Family Portrait
After tedious careful detail in some of my work, I enjoy letting loose in the ridiculous. Again line and whimsy win the day, and maybe this is a fitting artistic statement for a child’s room.
