I do not know why harbor scenes entice me…peace? calm? afloat? boats? This one was a huge challenge with all the background architecture. Below I include an earlier, freer rendition that is Harbor Haven 1.

It was worth the effort. I especially like #2. Those houses are perfectly rendered! The water is convincing, and the boats enticing. Success!
I started out wanting to be a bit freer, but all the straight lines everywhere forced a lot of brush control!
