Perhaps this is the tenth image of the Vietnamese madonna, Our Lady of La Vang. When she leaves my shop, I just paint another. The story is very tender and beautiful, of how she came to the aid of Vietnamese Catholics fleeing persecution for their faith. (I think I will no longer number them!)
